Eric Sabbah is a licensed paralegal who recently joined the firm. He practices in the Ontario and Alberta Small claims courts and various administrative tribunals. Eric has spent the last 7 years dividing his time in litigation with primary focus related to personal injury, Insurance, Banking, Securities, Construction, PPSA and Consumer Protection law. In addition he has also litigated civil fraud matters, including post bankruptcy litigation and is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Eric also maintains a certificate in Advanced Dispute Resolution & Mediation. 

Eric is currently enrolled as a law student, Eric has represented consumers as well as non bank lenders and is primarily involved in the Statutory Accidents Benefits division of the firm.
