Dear Jayson,
I wanted to briefly share my experience with your firm specifically Kosta Chatzidimos' legal service, to sell my previous condo and close the purchase of my brand new one. I was very pleased with Kosta's level of service, insight and dedication.
I must also commend Sheila Dugdale's efforts and her constant contact with me. She was patient with my many questions, friendly, helpful and I valued her assistance a great deal during the process.

My name is Sal Rao and this is the second time I have dealt with your
firm. I was referred to your firm by Simon Mass of the Condo Store.
I wish to compliment you on your staff. I found Sheila Dugdale to be
very efficient, courteous, professional and genuinely a real pleasure to
deal with. It is obvious that she prepares and works hard to make the
real estate transaction appear to be seamless and simple. This is a
reflection of her competency and wish to bring this to your attention.
Konstantine (Costa) reviewed and explained the paperwork yesterday. My
wife and I both found him very easy to communicate with and made the
ordeal a pleasant experience.

Jayson:
Just wanted to thank your firm in general for the time sensitive matter involving my Mom's estate. From my first call two three months ago to finally receiving a long overdue pension payout your staff were terrific.
Kosta in particular knew exactly what I needed, met me within 48 hours of my initial call and had the documents signed and filed with the Supreme Court of Justice shortly thereafter; that's why I haven't strayed elsewhere for any property or estate.
(although this might be late in coming, but your staff also were equally awesome in a property issue I had last year)

Jayson: Just a note to say thank you for the work your firm did in concluding the mortgage deal with Meridian Credit Union. Your fees were most reasonable, and Kosta did a great job. He is a bright young man and took all the time we needed to explain everything. His paperwork was meticulous. Thanks again, Eric
