Most people write only when they have something to complain about or criticize.  This letter is not to do either but instead to praise and give positive credit to one of your lawyers, Konstantine Chatzidimos.

He handled a very sensitive issue with the builder of the project in Thornhill, Ontario where I purchased a townhouse almost two years ago.  It was pre-construction, from drawings only, and over the last two years alot has changed in my life and also with the development being constructed.  I was really in a bad position and Mr. Chatzidimos handled the whole issue in a very professional and speedy manner, which resulted in a most positive outcome on my behalf.  If what he achieved for me had not occurred then I most certainly could have ended up in a very negative position for the remainder of my life.

As a result of the way he handled the whole scenerio I now have the utmost confidence in Konstantine and would use no one else in the future to represent me legally.  Konstantine has definitely earned my loyalty, respect and confidence, which everyone who knows me can vouch, I do not give easily or readily to just anyone.
