Dear Mr. Schwarz and team, I just want to thank your office for all the work you have done on our three files (2 sales and a purchase) over the last few months. Especially the file where the buyer pulled out on the day of closing. That situation was a roller coaster ride for my wife and I, but you guys were right on top of it which was comforting and much appreciated. I want to say a special thanks to Marissa.
